We accept payments for most major credit or debit cards, PayPal, and Apply Pay exclusively at the moment. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.
In the event credit/debit cards are being declined, it could be a preventative security measure placed by your banking institution. Please contact your bank to ensure the transaction is intended. Alternatively you may use your PayPal account and connect your card to proceed with the transaction.
If your order has not shipped yet, we can change the address. Please email us at otaku_shop_japan@outlook.jp as soon as possible with your order number and correct shipping address. If your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any missing orders sent to an incorrect address and no refunds will be issued.
All of our shipping options will have a tracking number.
An email confirmation will be sent to you along with applicable tracking number.
It takes time for the information to be reflected on the tracking site after shipment. Please wait for a while.

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. This also applies to pre-orders, so please be sure to read the product description before purchasing. If you have any problems with your order, please email us at otaku_shop_japan@outlook.jp with your order number as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
We allow cancellations within 2 hours of the order being placed. Please note that there is a 10% processing & restocking fee charged for all cancelled orders. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. To request a cancellation, please email us at otaku_shop_japan@outlook.jp with your full name and order number.
